Once dry, the colours are fixed, and you can safely work over the top of them. This permanency also makes them ideal for working with fabrics like silks and cotton. They can also be used on surfaces such as ceramic and wood.

The set contains 24 Inktense blocks of water-soluble media that produce vivid ink-like colours. Their unique formulation means that colours can be layered, and won't dissolve any that have previously been applied. They're also highly lightfast.
