Esterbrook x Peanuts 75th Anniversary Edition Estie Fountain Pen Charlie Brown
This very special collection to celebrate 75 years of Peanuts, is made by Esterbrook, because Charles M. Schulz originally drew his characters using Esterbrook pens. Now you can join the celebrations with pens and accessories featuring these classic characters, Charlie Brown, Sally, Lucy, and Snoopy.
For each character there is a fountain pen, a ballpoint pen, a pen case, and a clip. There's also a 2GO Cup convertible pen case and desk stand just for Snoopy. Good grief.
Charlie Brown Estie fountain pen features colours to match Charlie's outfit, his face on the wide clip, and a 'Good Grief!' think bubble engraved on the nib.
Also included is a tiny Charlie Brown t-shirt, as a nib wipe, so you can wipe off any excess ink after filling. Though we suspect most of you will find another cloth for that, rather than getting ink stains all over Charlie's tiny t-shirt.
Esterbrook is one of the greatest names in American pen history. Founded in 1858, by their peak they were making 216 million pens a year. Unfortunately, as the market changed, Esterbrook went out of business in 1971. Now they're back, with the name brought back and the designs reinvented by Kenro Industries, who have plenty of experience of bringing back or continuing famous pen brands.
The Estie is inspired by Esterbrook designs from the 1930s, using some beautifully machined acrylics.
Refill with bottled ink using the supplied converter, or fit international standard sized cartridges.
149mm long capped, 130mm uncapped, 172mm posted. Weighs 24g. Supplied in a gift box.
