The barrels have ridged, anti-slip soft grip areas and sturdy, flexible metal pocket clips.
The fountain pen has a snap-on cap with the Faber-Castell branding and posts easily onto the end of the pen without affecting the balance. The iridium-tipped stainless steel nib is available in a range of sizes, ideal for both left- and right-handers. It takes international standard cartridges or fits a converter (available separately) for use with bottled ink.
The ballpoint has a push-button retract mechanism, it glides effortlessly and will take any 'Parker-style' refills, giving a wide choice of tip sizes and ink colours.
Both pens are made from 64% recycled plastic.
