In contrast to the rather dull dried stuff we use to delight our little kitties, the catnip plant is a bright green, with purple flowers. This catnip green ink shows a slight purple sheen in the right conditions, echoing the plant and its flowers. We're not entirely sure where the café part comes in, but the ink is a drink for your pens, in a way, so maybe that's it. And it is a pretty sweet sort of treat, just don't try to eat the bottle like a pain au chocolat, it would be too crunchy.
