Also known as 'lawyers' ink', J Herbin's Authentic Ink is an intense black ink which was used by French notaries to write official acts. It contains tannin from Campeche wood, and lettering created with this ink is said to last for 300 years!

Not suitable for use in fountain pens; dip pens are better.
