Jakar Cross Hinged Ruling Pen
This type of pen was once the standard for technical drawing. Times have moved on, but it's still a highly useful tool for some types of art and calligraphy. It's essentially a variable-width dip pen.
The two parts of the tip hold ink between them by capillary action, and the distance they're held apart can be adjusted by the screw. Just adjust to the line width you want, and dip in ink.
Note that this is not a general writing tool, and needs to be dipped often and held quite upright to work - a great tool for certain uses, but not for taking notes or writing letters!
140mm Ruling pen, solid pattern, with black plastic handle. Individually supplied in a transparent plastic hanging wallet. Hinge for easier cleaning.
