Kaweco Liliput Ballpoint Pen Fireblue

The same thing happened to this ballpoint as it did to the fountain pen - in a basement somewhere at Kaweco HQ, a crew of pyromaniac penthusiasts liberally applied a blowtorch to a collection of Liliputs. Not mindless vandalism but part of a process that yields the beautiful Liliput Fireblue. The surface of a steel Liliput is tempered in a flame to not only harden the outer surface but to give it a beautiful varied finish with tones of blue, purple, brown and orange.

The Liliput Ballpoint is approximately 9mm in diameter and super-compact at around 95mm long..

All-metal design Kaweco logo etched on the barrel end.

Supplied with a 1.0mm blue ballpoint refill.
