An auspicious Mt. Fuji tinged with red at sunrise is expressed with Kanazawa gold leaf in red. Golden clouds shining in the sun are depicted with a combination of gold and silver leaf.
The 18k gold nib is firm and resilient, and not too soft, cut to provide a perfect balance between the necessary resilience and ease of writing. Choice of medium or fine nib.
Kanazawa-Haku is 137mm long closed; 124mm open 152mm posted, 13mm diameter and 17.2g in weight.
Uses Platinum ink cartridges or fit a converter (available separately) for use with bottled ink. Platinum recommends Platinum Fountain Pen Ink, though of course any quality bottled ink can be used.
