Retro 51 Tornado Popper Rollerball Pen First Ride Limited Edition

As Retro 51 puts it, 'Life is too short to carry an ugly pen'. And we agree. Their bright colours and cool designs have more than a hint of nostalgia about them, and all their pens are made with good old-fashioned values in mind.

The First Ride pays homage to your first car - the one you saved up for and equated with freedom. In Retro 51's case, they've modelled this Popper on a Ford Mustang so have given it a poppy red finish with chrome trim, and limited it to just 1,289 pieces (a nod to the engine size of 289 cubic inches - or 4.7 litres in English).

The Tornado Popper is a retractable rollerball which features a lacquer-coated steel barrel in a range of limited edition designs that commemorate trends both modern and from days gone by. There is a knurled metal twist-action button at the end, to extend the tip, and a slotted metal pocket clip. It's supplied in a themed cylinder which doubles as a pen stand as well as a protective case.

Refill with either a liquid ink or ballpoint refill.
