Retro 51 Tornado USPS Rollerball Pen Route Master
As Retro 51 puts it, 'Life is too short to carry an ugly pen'. And we agree. Their bright colours and cool designs have more than a hint of nostalgia about them, and all their pens are made with good old-fashioned values in mind.
The Tornado is a retractable rollerball which features a lacquer-coated steel barrel. There is a knurled black twist-action button at the end, to extend the tip, and a slotted black pocket clip. It's supplied in a vintage-themed cylinder which doubles as a pen stand as well as a protective case.
The Route Master edition is a celebration of the US Postal Service and its place in American history, from the Pony Express of the 1860s to the electric vehicles used today. It has an acid-etched barrel with the light texture panelling and rivets seen on the vintage USPS vehicles, and features the iconic eagle logo. The top disc is engraved with the USPS logo and the pen's serial number is etched on the top ring.
Refill with either a liquid ink (supplied) or ballpoint refill.
