Retro 51 Tornado Vintage Metalsmith Fountain Pen Harriet Tubman

As Retro 51 puts it, 'Life is too short to carry an ugly pen'. And we agree. Their bright colours and cool designs have more than a hint of nostalgia about them, and all their pens are made with good old-fashioned values in mind.

The Vintage Metalsmith features a lacquer-coated steel barrel in a range of unique throw-back designs, this one being an homage to American abolitionist Harriet Tubman, an escaped slave who was instrumental in helping other slaves gain their freedom. The design reproduces the pattern on Tubman's headscarf and the finial features her portrait. Comes with a highly polished stainless steel nib and a slotted metal pocket clip. It's supplied in a vintage-themed cylinder which doubles as a pen stand as well as a protective case.

Refill with international standard sized cartridges or use a converter for bottled ink.
