Rohrer & Klingner Drawing Ink 50ml
Rohrer & Klingner have been making ink since 1892, and by hand, too, using well-established recipes.
Their Drawing ink is available in a limited but classic range of colours. Black, sepia and brown are pigmented and contain shellac; they can be diluted with distilled water and are waterproof when dry. Sepia and brown are light-resistant. For best results, shake before use.
The gold and silver inks are water-based: a copper alloy is used to create the gold colour, and a mica pigment is used for the silver. Both can be thinned with water and are waterproof when dry. Whilst suitable for use on a range of surfaces, porous media should be primed for best results.
These inks are perfect for all types of art, and are particularly suitable for washes, fine lines and modern calligraphy.
Each bottle contains 50ml of ink.
