S.T.Dupont Line D Eternity Fountain Pen Year of the Horse Red and Yellow Gold
S. T. Dupont began making luxury goods for travellers in Rue Dieu in Paris, in 1872. But it wasn't until 1973, at the request of Jackie Kennedy Onassis, that they made their first pen. With hindsight, it was probably an obvious thing to do. They were well respected for their lighters, which are a combination of precision mechanisms and jewellery-grade finishes, made to be stylish accessories. The same skills and craftsmanship translate perfectly to making pens.
The Line D is a simple and refined classic, and depending on the finish, it ranges from beautiful minimalism to ornate.
The Eternity collection reimagines some aspects of this classic range and offers a more refined, slender profile. The clip has been changed too to resemble a sword. A nod to the famous proverb: "the pen is mightier than the sword".
A special edition for the Chinese zodiac's Year of the Horse, in 2026, with gold horse picked out on a deep red background, and a curved guilloche pattern inspired by a horse's mane. Fountain pen with super-smooth 14K gold nib, uses standard International cartridges, so you'll always have plenty of options for ink. Optional converter for use with bottled ink.
149mm long, 13.5mm wide. Weighs 51g.
