Tom's Studio Lumos Refillable Duo Tip Fineliner and Brush Pen Titanium

Tom's Studio is a little bit different to most pen makers. The first pen designed by Tom was inspired by his wife, Gemma, an avid calligrapher who used plastic mass-produced calligraphy pens which didn't reflect the quality of her work. He decided to take matters into his own hands. Combining his experience as a product designer and his background in furniture along with his experience working in a blacksmith's forge, he was able to manufacture a new pen for her. Tom's ideas for the stationery world took off from there; he founded Tom's Studio and has been using his creativity to create high quality unique pens and accessories ever since.

The Lumos Duo Tip fineliner pen is double-ended, so you can keep two different tips fitted to use for different colours, line widths, or styles. A tip for writing, and one for drawing, perhaps; or two different line widths for your sketches; or a brush tip and a chisel. Or use them for different colours, for sketches in black and grey ink; or writing in blue and red. Tips are easily replaceable, so you can be safe in the knowledge that this pen will not add to your pen graveyard drawer filled with disposable fineliner and brush pens.

The barrel is made from solid titanium, machined using precision CNC lathes, and each pen is designed to last a lifetime. Each pen is bead-blasted, giving the pen a good level of grip while still maintaining a satin sheen. Grade 5 titanium is used, an alloy of 90% titanium, 6% aluminium and 4% vanadium. It's the same type used in space, so it can probably cope with life in your bag or pocket.

Oh... did we say you can use fountain pen ink with it too?
To refill: Unscrew the tip and remove the fabric ink cartridge, submerge it in your ink of choice and you're good to go!
