Tom's Studio Solid Brass Pen Rest

Tom's Studio is a little bit different to most pen makers. The first pen designed by Tom was inspired by his wife, Gemma, an avid calligrapher who used plastic mass-produced calligraphy pens which didn't reflect the quality of her work. He decided to take matters into his own hands. Combining his experience as a product designer and his background in furniture along with his experience working in a blacksmith's forge, he was able to manufacture a new pen for her. Tom's ideas for the stationery world took off from there; he founded Tom's Studio and has been using his creativity to create high quality unique pens and accessories ever since.

Minimalistic in design, this pen rest is machined from solid brass. As with all brass, the pen rest will age over time for those of you who like the effect. For those of you who don't simply give it a polish and it will be back to its shiny self.
